Gamcore UK accepts a limited amount of sponsored content and paid guest contributions. This page sets out exactly what we accept and what we do not, so you can decide before contacting us whether we are a fit.
What we offer
- Sponsored articles — written by you or by us, published with a sponsored label.
- Guest contributions — original editorial from writers in gaming, iGaming and adjacent sectors.
- Brand placements within relevant category pages.
Our content standards
Every contribution, paid or not, must meet these. They are not negotiable and payment does not waive them.
- Original and unpublished. No syndication, no spun content, no text published elsewhere.
- 1,000 words minimum, written in fluent British English.
- Genuinely useful to a reader. If it only exists to carry a link, we will decline it.
- Relevant to our categories — browser gaming, adult gaming platforms, casino, slots, bonuses, or betting and esports.
- Correctly categorised. Every post gets a real category.
- Edited by us. We will edit for accuracy, tone and compliance, and we will send it back if it needs work.
Link policy
- Maximum two external links per article.
- Branded or generic anchor text only. We do not publish exact-match commercial anchors such as “best online casino UK”.
- Links must be relevant to the article’s subject and to a page that actually serves the reader.
- No link insertions into existing editorial reviews.
What we will not publish
- Content targeting markets where the activity promoted is illegal, or aimed at jurisdictions we do not cover.
- Non-English content, or content aimed at markets outside the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Promotion of unlicensed operators as licensed, or any misrepresentation of regulatory status.
- Claims that gambling is a way to make money, or that any system beats the house edge.
- Anything that could appeal to or target under-18s.
- Pirated software, cracks, repacks, APK downloads or similar.
- Content promoting unlicensed skin betting or crypto casinos to UK readers.
- Adult content that is explicit rather than editorial. We write about adult platforms; we do not publish adult material.
How placements are labelled
Sponsored articles carry a visible label. They do not appear in our editorial reviews, rankings or recommendations, and a commercial relationship never influences a review score. Our full editorial policy sets out the separation.
