1. Verify the licence, properly
Find the licence number and licensee name in the footer, then look that name up on the Gambling Commission register. 2. Read the withdrawal terms before the bonus terms
Withdrawal policy tells you more about an operator than any welcome offer. Look for:
- Minimum withdrawal amount — a high floor traps small balances.
- Maximum withdrawal per day, week or month — the mechanism behind most “they won’t pay me” complaints.
- Processing time stated separately from your bank’s clearing time.
